Effective from: 6 November 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of Amphi Marketplace, a directory of event suppliers operated by Poweron s.r.o. at https://www.amphi.cc/marketplace. They explain what the Marketplace is, how supplier profiles are created, claimed and managed, how results are ordered, how paid promotion works, and what Poweron and the people using the Marketplace can expect from each other.
Article 1. Operator and scope
1.1 The Marketplace is operated by Poweron s.r.o., registered office Palachova 504/7, Liberec I-Staré Město, 460 01 Liberec, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO) 06205712, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem, Section C, Insert 39873, e-mail for service [email protected] ("Poweron").
1.2 The Terms apply to everyone who uses the Marketplace: Organizers who browse it, and Suppliers who claim, add or manage a Profile or buy promotion. By using the Marketplace you agree to the Terms. If you act for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
1.3 The Marketplace is a business-to-business service. Suppliers use it as entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 420 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code (the "Civil Code"), in the course of their business, not as consumers.
1.4 The Terms do not cover Poweron's conference platform, which has its own General Terms and Conditions. Personal data and cookies are covered by the separate Privacy Policy at https://www.amphi.cc/en/privacy.
1.5 In accordance with Section 1751 of the Civil Code, the Terms form part of every contract between Poweron and a Supplier concluded through the Marketplace, including the purchase of promotion.
Article 2. Definitions
- "Marketplace" means the Amphi Marketplace directory at https://www.amphi.cc/marketplace, including its search, profile pages, leaderboards and the signed-in area for Suppliers.

Article 3. What the Marketplace is and what Poweron does
3.1 The Marketplace is a directory. It helps Organizers find Suppliers and helps Suppliers be found. Contact between an Organizer and a Supplier happens directly, through the Supplier's own website or contact details.
3.2 Poweron is not a party to any agreement between an Organizer and a Supplier. Poweron does not act as an agent or broker for either side, does not take a commission, does not process payments between them, and does not check, guarantee or insure Suppliers, their services or their prices.
3.3 Poweron hosts Content supplied by Suppliers and information compiled from public sources. Poweron does not vouch for its accuracy or completeness. Anyone relying on a Profile should verify it with the Supplier.
Article 4. Organizers
4.1 Organizers may search and browse the Marketplace free of charge and without an account.
4.2 Organizers may use the information in Profiles to find and contact Suppliers for their own events. They may not use it for the purposes listed in Article 15, in particular not to build a competing directory or to send unsolicited bulk messages.
4.3 Any contract an Organizer concludes is concluded with the Supplier alone. Poweron has no responsibility for the Supplier's performance, quality, availability, pricing or conduct.
4.4 Organizers can report inaccurate or illegal Content under Article 10.
Article 5. Supplier access and sign-in
5.1 Suppliers sign in with a one-time link sent to their e-mail address. There are no passwords. Whoever controls the e-mail address controls the access, so Suppliers must keep their e-mail accounts secure and tell Poweron at [email protected] without delay if they suspect misuse.
5.2 Several people may manage one Managed Profile. The Supplier is responsible for everyone it allows to manage its Profile and for everything done under their access. Poweron may remove a manager's access at the Supplier's request or where Article 9 applies.
5.3 Suppliers must give true company and contact details and keep them current.
Article 6. How Profiles are created, claimed and added
6.1 Automatically compiled Profiles. Many Profiles are compiled by Poweron from the Supplier's public website using automated tools, including a crawler and AI-based extraction. Poweron describes the offer in its own words and links to the source. Each such Profile is reviewed, manually or by automatic checks, before it is made public. These Profiles are Unclaimed until a Supplier claims them. The Marketplace marks that Profiles are partly compiled from public websites and that Suppliers can correct or delete them at any time.
6.2 Accuracy of Unclaimed Profiles. Poweron takes reasonable care in compiling Unclaimed Profiles but cannot guarantee that they are complete or up to date. A Supplier that finds errors can claim the Profile and correct them, or ask Poweron to correct or delete the Profile under Article 10.
6.3 Claiming. A Supplier claims a Profile by showing that the company is theirs. Poweron accepts one of the following: a sign-in e-mail address on the company's own domain, a meta tag placed on the company's homepage, a DNS TXT record on the company's domain, or manual review by Poweron. A Profile that someone already manages can be joined only through manual review. Poweron may ask for further evidence and may refuse a claim where ownership is not sufficiently shown.
6.4 Adding a company. A Supplier may add a company that is missing from the Marketplace by submitting its website. Poweron compiles the Profile as in Article 6.1 and the Supplier then claims it as in Article 6.3. Poweron staff may also add Profiles; these remain Unclaimed and open to claim.
6.5 Wrongful claims. If Poweron finds that a claim was made by someone not entitled to act for the company, Poweron may remove that person's access and restore the Profile to its earlier state.
Article 7. Managing a Profile
7.1 A Supplier with a Managed Profile can edit its texts, services, places served, contacts, links, logo, photos, showreel links and prices.
7.2 Changes go live immediately. Poweron reviews them afterwards (post-moderation). Poweron may at any time hide, edit for technical reasons, reject or remove Content or a whole Profile under Article 9.
7.3 A Supplier may delete its Profile at any time from the signed-in area. Deletion removes everything about the company except its website domain, which Poweron keeps for the sole purpose of not re-creating the Profile from public sources. A Supplier that later wants to be listed again can ask Poweron at [email protected] to restore the domain.
7.4 Suppliers can see all Content of their Profile in the signed-in area and can ask Poweron for a copy of it. Poweron does not give Suppliers access to data about other Suppliers beyond what is public on the Marketplace. How Poweron handles personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Article 8. Supplier Content: rules, warranties and licence
8.1 Content rules. Content must:
- describe the Supplier's real business and real services, truthfully and without misleading claims about qualifications, references, awards, capacity, prices or availability;
- be lawful, including under consumer, advertising, competition, trademark and copyright law in the places where the Supplier offers its services;
- not infringe anyone's rights, including copyright in photos and video, trademark rights and the rights of people shown in pictures;
- relate to event services. The Marketplace is not a place for unrelated advertising, political or religious messages, adult content, or content that is defamatory, hateful or violent;
- not contain malware, hidden text or links to pages that break these rules.
8.2 Warranties. The Supplier warrants that it has all rights needed to upload the Content and to grant the licence in Article 8.3, that the Content complies with Article 8.1 and the law, and that it is accurate when published and will be kept accurate. The Supplier will compensate Poweron for loss, costs and reasonable legal fees arising from third-party claims or sanctions caused by a breach of this warranty.
8.3 Licence. The Supplier grants Poweron a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute the Content on the Marketplace, to adapt it to the extent needed to show it well (in particular to resize, crop, compress and convert files, to translate texts and to make excerpts), and to use the Content to show and promote the Marketplace, including in search engine results, previews, social media posts and other material that presents the Marketplace. Poweron may sublicense these rights to its hosting and infrastructure providers.
8.4 End of the licence. The licence to a piece of Content ends when the Supplier removes it or deletes the Profile. Poweron may keep copies in backups until they are overwritten in the normal backup cycle, and may continue to use material already made before the removal, such as a published newsletter or a screenshot in a help page.
8.5 Compiled information. Information that Poweron has compiled from public sources and written in its own words is not Supplier Content under Article 8.3, but the Supplier may correct or delete it under Articles 6.2 and 7.3.
Article 9. Moderation, restriction, suspension and termination
9.1 What Poweron does. Poweron reviews Profiles before they are made public and reviews changes to Managed Profiles afterwards. A Profile compiled from a public website is approved either by Poweron staff or by automatic checks: that the data was read with high confidence, and that the Profile has a description, at least one service, a located headquarters, contact details, a website and a logo. A Profile that does not pass these checks waits for review by Poweron staff. Automatic checks only ever approve; a person decides on any measure under Article 9.3, except for purely technical blocks such as rejecting an unsupported file.
9.2 Grounds. Poweron may act under Article 9.3 where:
- Content breaches Article 8.1 or the law, or Poweron has received a well-founded notice under Article 10;
- a Profile is a duplicate, is not a real event supplier, or was claimed by someone not entitled to act for the company;
- a Supplier breaches Article 15 or another provision of these Terms;
- a Supplier's payment is charged back or found to be fraudulent;
- a court or public authority orders it, or the law requires it;
- the Supplier has ceased to exist or its website has been offline for a long time.
9.3 Measures. Depending on the seriousness, Poweron may: ask the Supplier to fix the Content, hide or remove specific Content, hide a Profile temporarily (suspension), remove a manager's access, exclude a Profile from Promoted Spots, remove a Profile from the Marketplace, or end its relationship with the Supplier (termination). Poweron chooses the least restrictive measure that deals with the problem.
9.4 Statement of reasons. When Poweron hides, removes or restricts Content or a Profile, or suspends or terminates a Supplier's access, Poweron sends the Supplier a statement of reasons by e-mail at the latest when the measure takes effect. The statement says what was done and to which Content or Profile, the facts and the provision of these Terms or the law relied on, whether a third-party notice or an automatic check led to the review, and how to complain under Article 11. Poweron does not have to give reasons where this is prohibited by law or where the Supplier has repeatedly published manifestly illegal Content.
9.5 Notice before termination. If Poweron decides to remove a Managed Profile or to terminate its relationship with a Supplier, it gives the Supplier at least 30 days' notice with reasons. No notice period applies where Poweron is subject to a legal or regulatory obligation to act immediately, where the Supplier has repeatedly breached these Terms, or where immediate action is needed to protect Organizers, other Suppliers or the Marketplace, for example in case of fraud, impersonation or illegal Content. During the notice period the Supplier can ask for a copy of its Content.
9.6 Suppliers can leave. A Supplier may end its use of the Marketplace at any time by deleting its Profile (Article 7.3). Bids are handled as described in Article 13.
Article 10. Reporting illegal or inaccurate content
10.1 Anyone can report Content on the Marketplace that they consider illegal, inaccurate or in breach of these Terms by e-mail to [email protected]. Poweron handles reports in English and Czech.
10.2 A report should include: the link to the Profile or Content, an explanation of why it is illegal or wrong, the reporter's name and e-mail address (except for reports concerning sexual abuse material, which may be anonymous), and a statement that the reporter believes in good faith that the report is accurate and complete. Reports about intellectual property should say which right is infringed and who holds it.
10.3 Poweron confirms receipt, reviews the report without undue delay, in a diligent and non-arbitrary way, and informs the reporter of its decision and of the possibility to complain under Article 11. Where Poweron acts on a report, the affected Supplier receives a statement of reasons under Article 9.4.
10.4 Suppliers that want their own Unclaimed Profile corrected or deleted can use the same address. Poweron may ask for proof that the request comes from the company concerned.
10.5 [email protected] is Poweron's single point of contact for users of the Marketplace and for EU Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services, in English and Czech.
Article 11. Complaints
11.1 A Supplier that disagrees with a measure under Article 9, with a decision on a report under Article 10, with the way its Bids were handled, or with any other way Poweron has treated it under these Terms, can complain by e-mail to [email protected] with the subject "Complaint". The complaint should describe what happened and what outcome the Supplier asks for.
11.2 Poweron reviews complaints free of charge, within a reasonable time and in a non-discriminatory way. A person other than the one who made the original decision reviews it where Poweron's size allows. Poweron informs the Supplier of the outcome and the reasons by e-mail. If a complaint shows that a measure was unjustified, Poweron reverses it without undue delay.
11.3 Poweron is a small enterprise and is therefore not required to appoint a mediator under Regulation (EU) 2019/1150. Poweron is nevertheless willing to discuss mediation in good faith if a complaint is not resolved. This does not limit either party's right to go to court under Article 18.
Article 12. How results are ordered
12.1 Search results on the Marketplace consist of two parts: an optional block of up to three Promoted Spots, clearly labelled as paid ("Marketplace TIP"), and the regular (organic) results.
12.2 The organic order follows fixed rules that Poweron publishes in the FAQ ("How are the results ordered?"). The main parameters, in order of importance, are: first, how closely the Profile's places served cover the place searched (based in that place, then working in it, then reaching it with a radius, then covering its whole country, then a wider region, then worldwide); then, among Profiles on the same step, Suppliers based in the same country, the distance of the headquarters from the place searched, whether the Profile is a Managed Profile (managed first), the completeness and reliability of the Profile's data, and finally the Supplier's name. On pages without a place, only the parameters after the first apply.
12.3 Paying does not change the organic order. Bids affect only the Promoted Spots described in Article 13. A Supplier shown in a Promoted Spot is not repeated in the regular results.
12.4 Poweron may adjust the ranking rules to improve the usefulness of results. Changes to the main parameters are published in the FAQ and, where they are material to Suppliers, announced under Article 17.
Article 13. Promoted Spots (Marketplace TIP)
13.1 What is offered. Every service in every place on the Marketplace has a public Leaderboard. A Supplier can place Bids on a Leaderboard. The three Suppliers with the highest totals on a Leaderboard are shown in the Promoted Spots above the regular results for that service and place.
13.2 Bids and totals. Bids are one-time payments in steps of USD 5. A Supplier's total on a Leaderboard is the sum of its Bids on that Leaderboard, less any refunds. A Bid on a specific place or service also counts towards wider places and parent services, after Bids placed directly on those; the detailed rules are in the FAQ.
13.3 Eligibility. A Bid counts on a Leaderboard only while the Profile is public, offers the service and serves the place concerned. If any of these is not true, for example because the Supplier removed the service from its Profile or the Profile is hidden under Article 9, the Bid does not count until the condition is met again. The Bid is not lost while it waits.
13.4 What a Bid buys. A Bid buys eligibility for a Promoted Spot on that Leaderboard according to the published rules. It does not buy a particular position, a minimum period in a Promoted Spot, a number of views, clicks or enquiries, or any business result. Other Suppliers can outbid you at any time, and Poweron e-mails you the amount needed to regain a Promoted Spot. A Bid is a one-time payment that does not renew automatically and has no fixed end date. It counts for as long as Poweron offers Promoted Spots on that Leaderboard and the conditions in Article 13.3 are met, subject to Articles 13.6 to 13.9, and its effect depends on what others bid.
13.5 Basket discount. Where a Supplier buys Bids on three or more Leaderboards in one order, the price is reduced by 10 percent; for five or more Leaderboards, by 20 percent. The Bids still count on the Leaderboards at their full nominal amount.
13.6 Changes to promotion. Poweron may change the mechanics of Promoted Spots, including the number of Promoted Spots, the bid step, the discount scheme, the way Bids count towards wider places and parent services, and the prices, by giving notice under Article 17. Bids already paid keep their nominal amount.
13.7 Discontinuation and removal through no fault of the Supplier. If Poweron stops offering Promoted Spots altogether, closes a Leaderboard permanently, or removes a Profile for a reason that is not the Supplier's breach (for example under Article 9.2(5) or (6), or because Poweron closes the Marketplace), Poweron refunds the Supplier the Bids affected that were paid within the 12 months before the discontinuation or removal, in proportion to the time remaining of those 12 months from the date of each Bid. Bids older than 12 months are not refunded. Refunds under this Article are the Supplier's sole remedy for discontinuation.
13.8 Removal for breach. If a Profile is hidden, removed or excluded from Promoted Spots because of the Supplier's breach of these Terms or the law, or because a claim was made by someone not entitled to act for the company, Bids are not refunded.
13.9 Voluntary deletion. If a Supplier deletes its Profile, its Bids are not refunded unless Poweron agrees otherwise under Article 14.4.
Article 14. Prices, payment, invoices and refunds
14.1 Prices for Bids are stated in US dollars (USD) and exclusive of VAT or sales tax. Where tax applies, it is calculated and added at checkout based on the Supplier's billing details. The Supplier is responsible for giving correct billing details, including a valid VAT identification number where applicable.
14.2 Payment is made by card through Stripe Checkout. Stripe's terms apply to the payment process. The contract for a Bid is concluded when the payment is confirmed. Poweron does not store card details.
14.3 Poweron issues an invoice with the Supplier's company details and sends it electronically. The Supplier agrees to receive invoices electronically.
14.4 Refunds are handled by Poweron manually. Apart from the cases in Article 13.7, Poweron may grant a refund at its discretion, for example where a Bid was placed by mistake and reported within a short time. A refund reduces the Supplier's total on the Leaderboard in proportion to the amount refunded. Refunds are made to the payment method used.
14.5 If a payment is reversed through a chargeback without good reason, Poweron may remove the related Bids and recover its costs.
Article 15. Acceptable use
15.1 Nobody may:
- scrape, crawl, copy or extract the directory or a substantial part of it, whether by automated means or manually, or re-publish its data elsewhere. Poweron reserves its rights as maker of the Marketplace database. Ordinary indexing by public search engines that follow the Marketplace's robots rules is allowed;
- create a Profile for a company that does not exist, impersonate a company or person, or claim a Profile without authority;
- circumvent or attempt to circumvent the verification methods in Article 6.3, for example by placing a meta tag or DNS record on a domain the person does not control;
- misuse the e-mail sign-in, for example by requesting sign-in links for addresses the person does not control, forwarding sign-in links to others, or automating sign-in requests;
- manipulate Leaderboards or rankings by deceptive means, including payments with stolen or fraudulent cards;
- interfere with the Marketplace, probe or test its security without written permission, overload it, or introduce malicious code;
- use the contact details in Profiles to send unsolicited bulk commercial messages;
- use the Marketplace for any unlawful purpose.
15.2 Poweron may apply technical measures (such as rate limits and blocking) against conduct under Article 15.1 and may act under Article 9 against Suppliers involved in it.
Article 16. Availability, warranties and liability
16.1 The Marketplace is provided "as is" and "as available". Poweron does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, any particular level of traffic, that Profiles are accurate, or that the Marketplace will meet anyone's particular requirements. Poweron may change, suspend or discontinue the Marketplace or any of its features, and carries out maintenance without prior notice.
16.2 Poweron compensates a Supplier for damage that Poweron caused in connection with these Terms. In accordance with Section 2898 of the Civil Code, Poweron's total liability towards a Supplier for all claims arising in any 12-month period is limited to the amount the Supplier paid Poweron for Bids in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Poweron is not liable for lost profit, lost business or indirect damage. Towards Organizers and Suppliers that have paid nothing, Poweron's liability for damage is excluded.
16.3 The limitations in Article 16.2 do not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, to harm to a person's natural rights, or in any other case where the law does not allow liability to be limited.
16.4 Poweron is not liable for external pages linked from the Marketplace, for the acts or omissions of Suppliers or Organizers, for the operation of Stripe, or for outages caused by third parties or events outside Poweron's control.
16.5 As a hosting provider, Poweron is not liable for Content stored at the request of a Supplier unless Poweron has actual knowledge of its illegality and fails to act expeditiously to remove or disable access to it.
Article 17. Changes to the Terms
17.1 Poweron may amend the Terms. Poweron informs Suppliers that have a Managed Profile or active Bids of a proposed amendment by e-mail at least 15 days before it takes effect, and publishes the new text on the Marketplace. A longer period applies where the change requires Suppliers to make significant technical or commercial adaptations.
17.2 A Supplier that does not accept the amendment may end its use of the Marketplace before the amendment takes effect by deleting its Profile or by notice to [email protected]. Bids are then handled under Article 13.9, unless the amendment materially worsens the promotion mechanics for the Supplier, in which case Article 13.7 applies to the affected Bids. Continuing to use the Marketplace after the amendment takes effect means acceptance of it.
17.3 The 15-day period does not apply where Poweron must change the Terms to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation that does not allow it, or to address an unforeseen and imminent danger relating to fraud, malware, spam, data breaches or other security risks. Changes that are purely editorial or that only add features do not require notice.
17.4 Organizers are bound by the version of the Terms published on the Marketplace at the time they use it.
Article 18. Final provisions
18.1 Governing law. These Terms and all relationships arising from the use of the Marketplace are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, in particular the Civil Code, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
18.2 Courts. The courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms. In accordance with Section 89a of Act No. 99/1963 Coll., the Code of Civil Procedure, Poweron and the Supplier agree that the court of Poweron's general jurisdiction has local jurisdiction. Mandatory rules of EU law on jurisdiction remain unaffected.
18.3 Language. The Terms are written in English. If Poweron publishes a translation, the English text prevails in case of inconsistency.
18.4 Notices. Notices to Poweron are sent to [email protected]. Notices to a Supplier are sent to the e-mail address used for sign-in or given for invoicing. An e-mail is deemed delivered on the business day after it is sent. If a Supplier's e-mail address stops working and no new address has been given, Poweron has fulfilled its duty to notify when it learns of this.
18.5 Severability. If any provision of the Terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force, and the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that comes closest to its purpose.
18.6 Whole agreement. The Terms, the FAQ as far as the Terms refer to it, the order confirmation for a Bid and the Privacy Policy make up the whole agreement between Poweron and a Supplier regarding the Marketplace.
18.7 Limitation period. Rights arising from these Terms or their breach become time-barred two years from the day on which they could first be exercised.
18.8 Questions. Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
