Amphi covers ten areas of running a conference: the agenda, live sessions, session chat, access and roles, integrated session pages, admin and configuration, speaker profiles, the post-event archive, audience communication, and attendee management. Each one is part of the core product. 01 · Event agenda ## Event agenda A single view of the whole program: tracks, sessions, speakers, and times. Attendees can filter by day, track, or speaker, and save sessions to a personal list. Times render in the viewer's local timezone. When a session is live, the join button appears in place of the start time. - Filter by day, track, or speaker - Personal schedule saved per attendee - Times rendered in the viewer's local timezone - In-line join button when a session is live 02 · Live and on-demand sessions ## Live and on-demand sessions Amphi is not a streaming provider, and that is the point. Each session embeds live video and recordings from the service you already use. SlidesLive is our preferred partner; YouTube, Vimeo, or any other provider plug in just as well. For interactive formats like webinars and workshops, attach a join link instead of an embed. After the event, paste the recording URL (manually in the admin or via the REST API), and the same session page becomes the on-demand version. Live and on-demand access are configured separately per session: public, attendee-only, or invite-only. - Vendor-neutral: SlidesLive (preferred), YouTube, Vimeo, or any provider - Join-link mode for webinars, workshops, and online calls - Swap live embed for the recording in the admin UI or via the REST API - Per-session access: public, attendee-only, or invite-only 03 · Session chat ## Session chat Each session has a dedicated chat thread that runs alongside the video. Messages persist after the session ends and remain readable to anyone with access to the session. Moderators can pin messages, hide spam, and reply to questions inline. - Chat history persists with the session - Moderator controls for pinning and Q&A - Public, attendee-only, or invite-only per session - Searchable from the session page 04 · Access and roles ## Access and roles Amphi has four built-in roles: attendee, speaker, organizer, and admin. Each role sees a different view of the same event. Speakers can prepare their own session pages without access to the rest of the admin. Authentication is handled by Google OAuth at launch, with additional providers planned. The page is responsive across phones, tablets, and desktops. - Video player and chat on the same page - Speaker bios linked to the session - Attached resources for slides, links, and PDFs - Responsive across phones, tablets, and desktops 06 · Admin and configuration ## Admin and configuration The agenda can be built and edited through the admin UI or imported from a spreadsheet. The same applies to speaker imports, attendee imports, and bulk session updates. A REST API and an MCP server are available for organizations that prefer to script setup or run it from an AI assistant. - Drag-and-drop agenda editor - Spreadsheet import for sessions, speakers, and attendees - Automated reminder emails to registered attendees - REST API and MCP server for scripted setup 07 · Speaker profiles ## Speaker profiles Each speaker has a profile they manage themselves: name, role, photo, short bio, and links. The same profile is rendered everywhere their session appears, including the agenda, the session page, and the post-event archive. Organizers can override fields when needed. - One profile per speaker, used across the event - Self-service editing with organizer override - Photo, role, short bio, and links - CSV import for bulk onboarding 08 · Post-event archive ## Post-event archive After an event ends, recordings, slides, attached files, and chat threads remain available in the event archive. Access to the archive can be public, attendee-only, or invite-only. Content can be carried over into a follow-up event without rebuilding it. - Live embed swaps to the recording URL after the event - Search across sessions, speakers, and chat - Public, attendee-only, or invite-only access - Content carries over to follow-up events 09 · Audience communication ## Audience communication Amphi helps you get the word out — invitations, reminders, and a fuller briefing sent just before the doors open. Build dynamic distribution lists and aim your messages more precisely: at only the attendees who showed a specific interest, for instance — see tagging in chat.
